Aerial Sling / Hammock

Aerial Sling is an aerial apparatus made of silk fabric but rigged like a trapeze, thereby having qualities of both. Acrobatic movements can be done like in aerial silks or in static trapeze but aerial sling truly has its own unique identity as well. It is a gentler way to start out with aerial arts, because there is always a place to sit and aerial sling can be used for stretching and aerial dance! No experience required.

Make ups / Drop-ins welcome!
